When will I receive my license key?
License keys are delivered by email as soon as your payment has been confirmed. Usually it takes just a few minutes when paid by credit card or PayPal. Processing for other payment types may take longer, especially wire transfers.
In case of direct PayPal orders from our web site, be aware that the confirmation is sent automatically to the default email address of your PayPal account. A lot of support cases are due to outdated email addresses in PayPal accounts, so make sure to update your account.
If you didn’t receive your license information after 15 minutes, and the payment has been completed already, contact us.
How to unlock the software?
After launching the software, just click the Unlock button. Then enter your email address used for purchase and your license key. Both can be found in your order confirmation.
Note: Please print or save your license details in case you need it again later, as we can not guarantee that we will be able to provide it indefinitely (email in the cloud is a good practice).
How do I receive my invoice?
If you purchased via FastSpring, a link to your invoice should be included in the confirmation email. You can also log into your account and access your orders: Manage your orders
If you purchased via 2Checkout, you can download your invoice anytime. Just log into your account here, and navigate to the Order History section.
If you purchased via PayPal directly, the invoice is sent with your order confirmation to the email address registered with your PayPal account.
How long are licenses valid?
Licenses are valid for the major version you purchased, and all minor updates indefinitely.

Free updates to all further 6.x versions (6.1, 6.2, etc.) are included.
On how many computers can I activate my license?
We allow single user licenses to be used on up to two computers you own, for example a desktop and a laptop machine. In case you need more activations, you can buy additional licenses at a discount: Buy more licenses
If you reached your allowed number of license activations because of a new computer, repair or hardware reasons, please provide a copy of the proof of purchase or invoice and contact us, but please note that processing can take several days.
Why is my license blocked, when I try to unlock the software?
In case of a refund, chargeback, or fraudulent order, the associated licenses are invalidated, and can no longer be used to unlock the software. The same applies to license keys which are stolen, or made public by any means.

How to upgrade from an old version?
Unlike minor updates (4.0 > 4.1), major upgrades are not free of charge (4.x > 5.x), but we offer discounts for existing customers. If you install a new major version, and have an old license, the software should offer you to upgrade your license. Or just buy a license from our shop.
Customers who purchased a previous version less than 6 months before release of the new major version are eligible for a free upgrade. Please contact us with your license details (email address used to purchase the previous license).
